Customize branding, video privacy, and assessment parameters for your organization.

What is tenant configuration?

Tenant configuration lets you personalize the 3MotionAI experience for your organization. This includes branding (logo, colors), video privacy settings (blur level), measurement units, report layout, and language preferences. Configuration is versioned, so you can always review and roll back to a previous version.

開始方法

Configuring your organization's settings:

  • Upload your organization's logo to personalize the assessment interface and reports.

  • Set your brand colors (primary and secondary hex values) for a consistent visual identity.

  • Choose video blur level for privacy compliance (none, light, medium, heavy, full).

  • Select measurement units (metric or imperial) based on your users' preferences.

  • Save your configuration to create a new version. The live preview shows changes in real time.

主要概念

Important configuration concepts:

  • Version history: Every save creates a new version. You can view any previous version and restore it with one click.

  • Configuration inheritance: Child organizations inherit their parent's configuration by default but can override any setting.

  • Logo upload: Logos are stored in S3 with presigned URLs. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG, up to 2MB.

  • Report customization: Header style, footer text, and language settings affect how assessment reports are generated for this organization.
