What are report templates?

Report templates define how assessment reports look when generated for your organization. Each template controls the layout, branding (logo, colors, fonts), clinical annotations, and which sections are included. You can create multiple templates for different use cases (clinical reports, executive summaries, patient handouts).

Creating your first report template:

  • Click "New Template" to start building a custom report layout.

  • Set your branding: upload a logo, choose a primary color, and select a font family.

  • Configure which sections to include in the report (summary, detailed analysis, recommendations, etc.).

  • Mark a template as default to use it automatically for all new assessments in your organization.
