Scheduled digests are automated email reports that summarize key metrics for your organization. They can be configured as weekly or monthly summaries and sent to specific team members or external email addresses. Digests include assessment volume, user activity, license utilization trends, and notable events.
How to get started
Setting up your first digest:
Click "New Digest" to create a recurring report schedule.
Choose the frequency: weekly (select a day of the week) or monthly (select a day of the month).
Set the delivery time (in UTC) when the digest should be generated and sent.
Add recipients by email address or select users from your organization.
Key concepts
Understanding digests:
Frequency: Weekly digests cover the last 7 days; monthly digests cover the last calendar month.
Recipients: Digests can be sent to any email address, not just registered users. Useful for stakeholders who don't need portal access.
Toggle on/off: Digests can be paused and resumed without deleting the configuration.
Last sent tracking: Each digest shows when it was last sent, so you can verify delivery is working.
