Sometimes video assessments may not complete immediately.

First, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection — unstable networks can slow or interrupt processing

  2. Refresh the page

  3. Allow more time — large video files or complex movements take longer to process

If the problem persists, contact support ([email protected]) and include the following information:

  • Your registered email

  • The JobID (e.g., xxxxx_risk)

  • Whether the analysis was completed on the 3MotionAI Pro app or web portal

  • Any additional helpful information such as screenshots or error messages
