Before you start, be sure to read through our best practices for recording a video guide. To summarize:
Choose a well-lit space with minimal background clutter
Ensure good contrast from the background (e.g., avoid dark clothing in dark spaces)
Make sure your full body is visible in the frame for the entire movement
Use a stable camera position (tripod or propped phone) to avoid shaky footage
Perform Your First Assessment in the App

From the Movements tab, select the assessment type from the list of available assessments—these are movements provided through your 3MotionAI license.

When ready to capture, press the “Start Scan” button.

If the member is cut off, the video is blurry, the lighting is too dark, or the movement is incomplete, select the “Recapture” button to re-scan.
Otherwise, select the “Analyze Scan” button.
The app will begin processing. You should see a spinner and a “Assessment processing…” status.
