Create custom assessment report templates with your branding and layout preferences.

What are report templates?

Report templates define how assessment reports look when generated for your organization. Each template controls the layout, branding (logo, colors, fonts), clinical annotations, and which sections are included. You can create multiple templates for different use cases (clinical reports, executive summaries, patient handouts).

How to get started

Creating your first report template:

  • Click "New Template" to start building a custom report layout.

  • Set your branding: upload a logo, choose a primary color, and select a font family.

  • Configure which sections to include in the report (summary, detailed analysis, recommendations, etc.).

  • Mark a template as default to use it automatically for all new assessments in your organization.

Key concepts

Understanding report templates:

  • Default template: One template can be marked as the default. New assessments automatically use the default template unless overridden.

  • Branding inheritance: If no template is configured, reports use the organization's branding from the Configuration page.

  • Clinical annotations: Templates can include custom text fields for clinician notes, disclaimers, and institutional branding.

  • Template versioning: Changes to a template affect future reports only. Previously generated reports retain the template version used at generation time.

Common questions

Answers to frequently asked questions:

  • Can different users use different templates? Templates are set at the organization level. Users within the same org share the same template options.

  • Can I preview a template before saving? Yes, the template editor includes a live preview showing how the report will look.

  • What file format are reports generated in? Reports are generated as PDF files.

  • Can sub-organizations have their own templates? Yes, each organization can have its own templates independent of the parent.
