What is billing management?
The billing page lets you manage your organization's subscription to 3MotionAI. This includes your current plan, payment method, available plan upgrades/downgrades, and invoice history. Your plan determines your feature access, user limits, and assessment quotas.

Key concepts
Understanding billing and plans:
Plan tiers: Plans are ordered by tier (higher tier = more premium). Upgrading is instant; downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Proration: When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days.
Billing status: Active means your subscription is current. Past Due means a payment has failed. Canceled means the subscription will end at the period's end.
Add-ons: Some features are available as add-ons on top of your base plan, like custom report templates or priority support.

What happens when I downgrade? Feature access adjusts at the end of your current billing period. Data is never deleted.

Can I get a refund? Contact support for refund requests. Proration is applied automatically for plan changes.
