Plans define pricing tiers with feature sets, user limits, and assessment quotas.
What are plans?
Plans are subscription tiers that define what an organization gets access to in 3MotionAI. Each plan specifies pricing (monthly and/or yearly), user limits, assessment quotas, sub-organization limits, and which products/features are included. Plans follow a lifecycle: Draft (being configured) -> Live (available for subscription) -> Archived (no longer available for new subscriptions).
How to get started
Creating and managing subscription plans:
Click "Create Plan" and fill in the name, description, pricing, and limits.
Set the tier number (higher = more premium) to establish the plan hierarchy.
Specify which products are enabled by listing their product keys.
Publish the plan when it's ready to make it available for organizations to subscribe.
Key concepts
Understanding plan management:
Plan lifecycle: Draft -> Live -> Archived. Only Live plans can be assigned to organizations.
Tier ordering: Plans are sorted by tier. This determines the upgrade/downgrade path for organizations.
Feature entitlements: A plan's features are determined by its enabled products. Each product brings its feature set into the plan.
Organization count: The Orgs column shows how many organizations are currently subscribed to each plan.
Common questions
Answers to frequently asked questions:
Can I edit a Live plan? Yes, but changes affect all subscribed organizations. Consider creating a new plan version instead.
What happens when I archive a plan? Existing subscribers keep their access. New organizations cannot subscribe to an archived plan.
Can I delete a plan? Only Draft plans with no active subscribers can be deleted. Live plans must be archived first.
How do I set different features per plan? Enable different products for each plan. Products determine which features are accessible.
