Your command center for monitoring organizations, users, and platform health.

What is the dashboard?

The dashboard is the central hub of the 3MotionAI admin portal. Super Admins see a system-wide overview with metrics across all organizations. Organization-level users see metrics specific to their organization. The dashboard provides at-a-glance KPIs, trend indicators, health scores, quick actions, and recent activity.

How to get started

Getting the most from your dashboard:

  • Start by creating your first organization. The dashboard populates as you add organizations and users.

  • Use the Quick Actions section for common tasks like creating organizations, inviting users, or generating demo codes.

  • Monitor the KPI cards for real-time totals of organizations, users, assessments, licenses, and trials.

  • Check the Recent Activity feed to stay informed about the latest administrative actions.

Key concepts

Understanding dashboard metrics:

  • Super Admin view: Shows system-wide totals, health overview, portfolio trend, and at-risk organizations.

  • Organization view: Shows organization-specific users, assessments, license utilization, and sub-org count.

  • Health score: A composite metric (0-100) based on user engagement, license utilization, and assessment activity.

  • Operational alerts: Warnings about expiring trials, low health scores, and other items needing attention.

Common questions

Answers to frequently asked questions:

  • Why is my dashboard empty? The dashboard requires at least one organization with active data. Create an organization and invite users to get started.

  • Can I customize which metrics are shown? Dashboard layout is fixed in the current version. Custom dashboards are on our roadmap.

  • How often is the dashboard updated? KPI data refreshes on each page load. Trend data updates every few minutes.

  • Can I switch between org view and system view? Super Admins can use the org selector in the top bar to switch between system-wide and organization-specific views.
